Engagement & Stabilisation

We provide 1-to-1 assessment to identify need and life-controlling behaviours, recommend a tailor-made solution plan and refer to either community or residential recovery where appropriate. A designated person can walk the journey with each individual. Risk checks are carried out and immediate stabilisation support can include access to food, welfare and benefit rights support, signposting and family support.
